Can I keep my domain?
Yes. The domain stays with your registrar; we only point its DNS records to our server. If you have no domain yet, we will help you register one.
Do you migrate an existing site?
Yes. We migrate WordPress and WooCommerce sites ourselves, including the database and email. Migration is free on the WooCommerce plan.
Do you work with public institutions?
Yes. For institutions we prepare a quote, contract and invoice in line with public procurement rules.
How do I pay?
Hosting is billed annually by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice. Companies receive an invoice for their accounts.
Can I host a site you didn't build?
Yes. We host sites built by others and can take over their maintenance if needed.
